A statement on COVID-19 from the Managing Director, Graham Steinsberg

Following on from the advice and guidance shared by the World Health Organisation and the government, I am writing to you to let you know that Oxinet will be temporarily closing our Oxford office. I also want to reassure you that, as far as we’re concerned, the closure of our office is unlikely to affect our day to day services as our staff will continue to work from home.

Thankfully, we run a largely a paperless business and our development systems and tools are cloud-based. Our staff are already adept at homeworking and the transition has been seamless. So, as far as we’re concerned its business as usual.

While there may be some disruption to services, e.g. deadlines affected and meetings postponed or switched to telephone conference depending on our ongoing staff availability, we will endeavour to remain available to help our customers as normal.

Please do contact us through the helpdesk or your account manager in the normal way should you require any assistance during this challenging time.

The team and I would like to convey our best wishes for your good health.
